STEP Lab provides launch and on-orbit vibration isolator technologies for spacecraft system, payloads and instrument units.

Our isolator products has superior advantages in assuring both structural safety under harsh launch environment and vibrational stability against micro-vibration in on-orbit environment.

History & Heritage

 Our first product supplied and flown to space was the “passive launch and on-orbit vibration isolator (PLOVIS)”. 
This has been operated successfully in the spaceborne high resolution optical payloads of Korean 1st military spy satellite (EO/IR)
​​​​​​​(TRL 9 reached).

This isolator was also supplied to the KOMPSAT-7 (EO/IR) and exported to the OHB systems AG (Germany) in 2021.

STEP Lab is leading company in spacecraft vibration isolation technologies based on a variety of products has been developed and supplied for spaceborne instruments, attitude control actuators and SmallSats.
